Counseling groups at PLC are usually comprised of 5 to 10 individuals who meet face to face with one or two trained group therapists and talk about what most concerns them. Members listen to each other and are able to openly express thoughts and feelings about what other members do or say in a supported and directed environment. Our groups range in both age and common treatment objectives and include, but are not limited to, the following:
- adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- teens with LBTQ-related issues
- child social skills groups
- child and teen anxiety groups
