Dr. Koch is the owner and clinical director at Psychology and Learning Center. He is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist with over fifteen years of clinical experience completing clinical and school-based evaluations as well as performing individual therapy with adolescents. Dr. Koch sees children and adults across the lifespan, and his areas of interest and expertise include understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of complex neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and learning disabilities; diagnosis and treatment of attachment and trauma-related disorders; and providing educational and behavioral consultation. Dr. Koch received his B.A. in psychology from Thiel College, and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study and Ph.D. from Duquesne University in School Psychology.

Jenna Hennessey is a licensed psychologist who specializes in providing comprehensive outpatient evaluations in the areas of neuropsychological sequelae of developmental and acquired neurological impairment. Dr. Hennessey earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. She also earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Child Psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in School Psychology at Duquesne University. She completed an internship and postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh. Dr. Hennessey is also employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational and School Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, National Association of School Psychologists, and Pennsylvania Psychological Association.

Sarah Rea is a licensed psychologist providing comprehensive outpatient psychological and neuropsychological evaluations and consultation for a variety of behavioral and affective disorders. Her areas of interest and expertise include diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and learning disabilities. Dr. Rea received her B.A. in Psychology from Westminster College, her M.S.Ed in Child Psychology from Duquesne University, and her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Duquesne University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, National Association of School Psychologists, and Pennsylvania Psychological Association. Dr. Rea will be leading our PCIT program, coming to PLC in mid-2024.

Emily Quince, Ph.D.

Emily Quince is a post-doctoral psychologist providing outpatient and neuropsychological evaluations for a range of emotional and behavioral disorders. She works with patients across the lifespan and her areas of interest include mental health disorders, behavioral and conduct disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Quince earned her B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Criminology from the University of Florida. She then went on to earn her M.S.Ed in Child Psychology and Ph.D. in School Psychology from Duquesne University.

Blair also works closely with parents in developing strategies to deal with their children’s hard to manage behaviors at home. Dr. Dixon is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who sees children and adults. He received his B.S.N at Penn State University and Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatry at Robert Morris University.

Jennifer Cornman is our dedicated and compassionate registered nurse. She received her degree through Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. She has fifteen years of nursing experience in a variety of medical settings which include inpatient pediatric and trauma care, home health, and primary care. She was also cross-trained in the Obstetric Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Jennifer’s passion is mental health, and she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. She has a special interest in caring for our underserved population and works collaboratively with our psychologists, therapists, medical staff, and administration to provide continuity of care.
